How the parcel
gets to you.

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.

We pack every parcel by hand in kraft paper with a note from the reader who chose the book — that is why we take a couple of days.

Estimated delivery time is 2 to 8 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier.

You will receive tracking information by email as soon as the parcel leaves our small back room.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a parcel is more than a week late against its estimate, please write and we will chase the carrier for you.

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment — simply reply to your confirmation email and we will cancel and refund.

Once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled and must be returned per our Return Policy.
